Welcome – its nice to meet you
Groombridge Mens’ Shed was created by the drive and ambition of a few local people who recognised the needs of people in Groombridge and surrounding villages for a place where they can let their hair down and have a chat while maybe do some crafting, woodwork or jewellery making. You might have something that you want to make or want to be involved in projects that help the local community.
If you want to meet people in a warm and supportive environment, come on down for a chat and a cup of tea or coffee.
Whilst it is called Groombridge Mens’ Shed, both gents and ladies over the age of 18 are welcome.
Don’t worry if you don’t have any skills. If you are interested, we can show you how to use equipment safely and enable you to pursue your own interest.
Where are we based?
You will find us at the back of the village car park in Groombridge where we have a purpose-built workshop with a wide range of tools and equipment.
